The Intellectual Property related Services provided by us include:

• Conducting searches of existing IP databases (eg: trade mark searches)
• Preparation and submission of all documents necessary for registration of intellectual property in Sri Lanka
• Follow up with application for registration (i.e. responding to objections, preparation of written submissions, representations made in inquiring before the Director General of Intellectual Property)
• Investigation re infringements of trade mark, patent, etc. (TRIVE has an affiliated Firm of Investigators which provides professional investigation services)
• Searches on the internet for violations and infringements
• Advising on taking action against infringers
